L'iris, une matière première très appréciée
Did you know?

Raw material: Iris

Light and elegant, the iris flower blossoms early in spring.

It is known for its beauty as well as roots from which perfume makers create exquisite scents.

This is one of the most expensive and precious ingredients used in perfumes. There are two botanical varieties: Iris Pallida (Florence, Italy) and Iris Germanica (Morocco). The essence extracted from the flower (through the rhizome) is worth an estimated €100,000 a kilo. Sure to delight all those who smell it!

Iris can be found in the Scentys fragrance collection: Villa Elegancia and Dream Altitude.
