The items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of your return request. They must be sent with a copy of the invoice, your bank account details and the cancellation form, completed in and signed, which you can download here . If the 14-day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, a bank holiday or a non-working day, then the deadline is extended to the next business day.

The Odyscent and Prysm diffusers are portable and can be set up in any room of less than 35m2. However, it is strongly advised that contact with humidity be avoided and that it not be placed near a heat source.
