Scentys’s patented technology, which involves putting fragrance into capsules in a solid form, was the first of its kind. Small polymer beads of pure perfume concentrate are placed inside a capsule that, when inserted in the diffuser, releases subtle wafts of fragrance. This technology guarantees cold diffusion with no solvents or alcohol and no residual traces.

Micro-nebulization is a technology that transforms liquid fragrance into mists of extremely fine particles. Scentys’s S’Clean technology guarantees that not a drop of fragrance lands outside the diffuser and that scented air is diffused homogenously. A special compartment collects condensation so there will never be any traces of fragrance on walls or floors.

There are 25 fragrances in the Scentys collection, divided into five themes: Home Sweet Home, Vibrant Nature, Time Stands Still, Immobile Journeys, Young Designers. Scentys also has Special Editions, and professionals can request the creation of signature scents.

Are the fragrances safe for adults and children as well as sensitized persons?2022-06-09T07:54:06+02:00

All Scentys fragrances are certified to comply with the EU’s REACH and CLP regulations and follow the recommendations of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), these being guarantees that our products are safe to use and that our fragrances are harmless. Scentys capsules are designed in such a way that users are never in direct contact with the fragrance-filled beads, though it is recommended that capsules be kept out of the reach of children. The size of the beads meets the requirements of the Consumer Code. However, if swallowed, it is preferable to contact the nearest poison control center.

The Odyscent and Prysm diffusers are portable and can be set up in any room of less than 35m2. However, it is strongly advised that contact with humidity be avoided and that it not be placed near a heat source.

The Odsycent and Prysm diffusers warranty lasts two years, inclusive of parts and labor.

For reasons relating to hygiene and product conservation, and per article L. 121-21-8, 5° of the Consumer Code, items cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging they came in has been opened. In other words, if the packaging has been opened, the product is not returnable. When selecting fragrance capsules, we recommend that you order our scented card testers before making a purchase.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us at info@scentys.com and let us know you would like to return the purchase.

 

The items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of your return request. They must be sent with a copy of the invoice, your bank account details and the cancellation form, completed in and signed, which you can download here. Returns should be mailed to: Scentys, 12 rue de l’Equerre, ZAC de Béthunes, 95310 SAINT OUEN L’AUMONE- France.

If the 14-day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, a bank holiday or a non-working day, then the deadline is extended to the next business day.
